Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 1 ½ points yeast (dry yeast)
- 125 g butter, possibly mixed with clarified butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
sufficient for two trays
Sift the flour onto a work surface and mix with the dry yeast. Gradually knead in the softened butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, and warm milk. Let it rise in a warm place. This recipe is perfect for making in a bread maker. Simply add the ingredients and select the “Dough” program.
