Swedish fruit salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 can peach(s), drained
  • 2 can/n mandarin oranges, drained
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • n. B. sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the raspberries. Drain well and sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for about 20 minutes. Then place the raspberries in a glass bowl. Layer the peaches and mandarins on top. Whip the cream until stiff, then fold in the natural yogurt. Pour this cream over the layered fruit. Finally, sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top. Tastes great with vanilla ice cream or just on its own.
