Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g ground almonds
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 130 g sugar
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 50 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slowly bring the milk to a boil with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon stick. Mix the potato starch with the cream and stir it into the boiling milk along with the almonds. Remove the cinnamon stick and serve.
