Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg zucchini, thinly sliced
- 500 g onion(s), finely sliced
- ½ tbsp curry powder
- ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 300 g sugar
- 250 ml vinegar (Gherkin Master)
- 250 ml water
- Flour, for binding
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Canned zucchini
Mix everything well and cook for about 30 minutes, until the zucchini is translucent. Just before the end of the cooking time, thicken with flour.
