Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mash the mascarpone and tuna with a fork (not in a blender). Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Serve with baguette.
