Sweet Cider – Aronia Cream

The perfect sweet cider – aronia cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 dl Sweet cider-aronia juice
  • 3 Pc. Free range eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Paidol strength
  • 1 Pc. Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2,5 dl Single cream 25%
  • 1 dl Cream 30% fat
  • 1 Pc. Pomegranate
  • 1 bunch Peppermint fresh

How it came about:

  1. That was in Erbst, went to the fruit grower, wanted to buy must, then I saw the Tetra Pack (on picture 2). I asked the farmer what that is. Then he told me that it was a mixture of his must and the juice of aronia berries from his neighbor, gave me to try. Found this good and bought it. But that was 3 liters! For big discussions with my wife I promised her she doesn’t have to drink everything, I’ll do something with it ……. et voilà a cream has been created (she found it to be passable to good) written a recipe cream and made a photo, and forgot until my son asked if there was must with aronia again, and then it clicked !!!
  2. In a bowl, assemble the eggs with sugar into a frothy cream. Stir constantly, add the paidol starch, lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon and the single cream. Bring the cider and aronia juice to the boil in a saucepan, remove from the heat while stirring, add to the ice cream and mix well. Return to the saucepan, bring to the boil again to a thick cream on a low heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-4 minutes. Be careful not to get burned. Teach back in a bowl, stir in ice water until cold, put in the refrigerator.
  3. 4 Take coupe glasses. Smash 4 (or more) Petit Beurre biscuits per person on the bottom of the coupe. Meanwhile, core a pomegranate, see the tip from my friend schnuggi04 << http://www./tipp/1249/ wie-entkerne- ich-ein-pomegranate-new html. Drizzle the biscuits with aronia juice, cover with cream, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Put 1 dab of cream with a peppermint tuft on top. Et Voilà ……. une nouvelle crème est née (a new cream is born)
