Sweet Mustard Chicken

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped, fresh or frozen
  • n. B. Sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the meat and coat in flour. Fry in oil until light brown all over, then remove from the pan and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with stock and cook the diced onions and parsley for about 3 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and sweet mustard and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce a little more, if desired. Return the meat and let it simmer in the sauce for a few more minutes over low heat. Tagliatelle goes particularly well with this dish.
