Fruit pizza, chocolate pizza, quick, easy, without yeast
Make a dough from flour, oil, milk, baking powder, and salt. Roll out the dough and divide it into small flatbreads, then bake them in an oven preheated to 250 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes. Just the dough! The dough will serve as a kind of mini pizza. Once cooled, spread with Nutella and top with fruit of your choice. Quick and easy, and a treat even for those who don’t like fruit – it’s also a great way to use up leftover fruit.
