Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry
  • 1 jar Nutella, or jam, for the filling
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with Nutella or jam filling

Roll out the puff pastry and spread it all over with Nutella or jam. Roll it up from the long side. Cut into approximately 1 cm thick pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
