Sweet Chili Rice
The perfect sweet chili rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Basmati rice
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0,5 Lemon
- 1 bunch Coriander
- Sweet chili sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sprinkle the rice in a sauté pan, season with plenty of salt and add double the volume of boiling water. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
- Clean the spring onions, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl. Beat in the eggs, stir in the soy sauce and 1 dash of olive oil and beat. Loosen the rice in the stew pan with a fork and pour the egg mixture over it. Squeeze in the lemon juice, pepper and cook on the lowest level for 4-5 minutes.
- Rinse and dry the coriander leaves, finely chop the stems and sprinkle over the rice. Pour a strong dash of sweet chili sauce over it and serve the rice in the pan. Good Appetite 🙂
