Sweet Threesome

The perfect sweet threesome recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

chocolate Dream

  • 105 g Butter
  • 105 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 4 Pc. Egg
  • 115 g Sugar
  • 60 g Flour
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • Butter

Carpaccio

  • 200 g Fresh strawberry
  • 2 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 10 Bl. Basil

Tiramisu

  • 10 Pc. Ladyfingers
  • 100 ml Strong espresso cold
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 125 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  1. Mix the espresso with the liqueur and sugar. Cut the biscuit into bite-sized cubes and divide half of it into 5 glasses and moisten with the coffee mixture. Add a shot of espresso, powdered sugar and amaretto liqueur to the mascarpone and whisk everything together for about 5 minutes on the highest level. Fold in 125 ml of whipped cream. Spread the cream on the biscuit in the glasses and layer them alternately – at the end, carefully powder cocoa powder over it with a sieve.
  2. Use steam to liquefy butter and chocolate. Then beat with the eggs and granulated sugar and finally add the flour and cocoa powder. Bake in small, greased molds (approx. 7.5 cm in diameter and approx. 4 cm high) for about 9 minutes in a preheated oven at 210 ° C hot air. The core stays nice and fluid.
  3. Cut the strawberries into slices and arrange on the plate. Beat the white balsamic vinegar together with the sugar, honey and salt and drizzle over the strawberries – garnish with two basil leaves. Serve the chocolate dream and tiramisu in the glass and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. If you want, you can grate white air chocolate over the plate – for the look.
