Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta, vegan
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)
- 20 g almonds
- 2 tbsp oil (coconut oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Heat the 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan. Slice the bananas and add them to the oil. Add the almonds and fry. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and toss them with the banana sauce in the pan. If desired, add cinnamon and sugar.
