Swiss Chard with Fried Skrei

The perfect swiss chard with fried skrei recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ski fillet
  • 500 g Swiss chard fresh
  • 15 St Cocktail tomatoes
  • 8 Pc. Cloves of garlic fresh
  • 5 Discs Pecorino
  • 3 Tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt, pepper, chilli
  • 2 Tablespoon Pickled olives
  1. Cut the white stalks of the Swiss chard into strips and coarsely cut the leaves. Halve the cocktail tomatoes, cut the spring onions into pieces. Cut the garlic into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the Swiss chard and spring onions until translucent. Add the olive oil, tomato halves, garlic, Swiss chard leaves and pepper slices, cook briefly, add fish sauce and season to taste
  3. Season the skrei in a little oil and butter and fry briefly on both sides. Arrange the fish on the vegetables.
