Super easy!

Separate the 4 eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with 4 tbsp of water until frothy. Add 200g of sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and beat everything until thick and creamy. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Pour the beaten egg whites onto the cream and sift the flour mixture over it. Gently beat the mixture with a whisk. Thoroughly grease a baking tray, line it with baking paper and spread the dough evenly on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for approx. 15 minutes. Immediately after baking, turn the cake out onto a tea towel sprinkled with sugar and carefully peel off the baking paper. Spread with jam and roll up again.
