Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 steak(s), T-bone, approx. 200 g
  • 3 onions
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat oil in a pan, then sear the meat on both sides, then reduce the heat to low. Slice the onions into rings, add them to the meat, and fry until golden brown. Turn the meat once or twice. Depending on your taste, cook the steak thoroughly or undercooked. Remove from the pan, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and serve with the fried onions. Serve with hash browns, baked potatoes with sour cream, or fries.
