Tagliatelle in salmon cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g tagliatelle
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped tomato paste
  • Pinch of sweet paprika powder
  • Pinch of hot paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 250 g salmon
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

very quick and easy to prepare

Cook the tagliatelle as directed on the package. Finely dice the salmon. Heat the cream in a saucepan, add the tomato paste and paprika, stir until smooth, and season with salt. Add the salmon to the sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve the sauce over the tagliatelle or toss the pasta in the sauce. Tip: If the sauce is a bit too thick, simply add a little milk.
