Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork schnitzels (kidney) substitute white chicken breast
- 1 bell pepper(s) (red)
- 50 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml meat broth (alternatively vegetable broth)
- Fondor
- Salt
- pepper
- Parsley
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the meat with salt and pepper. Brown it in oil on both sides in a high-sided pan. While the meat is cooking, deseed the bell peppers and finely dice them. When the meat is cooked and lightly browned, remove from the pan and set aside. Sauté the diced bell peppers in the same pan for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the meat stock and allow to reduce slightly. Then add the cream and mix well, add the tomato paste and bring to a boil. Then add the parsley and season with Fondor/Aromat to taste. Return the meat to the sauce and pour over any remaining meat juices. Heat everything briefly. Tastes great with rice and pasta!
