Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g mushrooms, small
  • 4 shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • ⅛ liter Sherry, dry
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic cloves. Wash the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings. Sauté the shallots, garlic, and chili in olive oil, add the mushrooms, and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with sherry and season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
