Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g tarragon (leaves)
- 150 g butter, soft
- herbal salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Briefly blanch the tarragon leaves, drain, and let cool. Purée in a blender with a few drops of water. Mix the tarragon purée with the butter and season with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.
