Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tsp mayonnaise (20%)
- ½ onion(s)
- 6 gherkins
- 5 capers
- chives
- salt and pepper
- n. B. garlic
- Parsley
Instructions

Peel the onions and dice them along with the gherkins. Chop the capers. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, chives, parsley, and crushed garlic, if desired, and mix well. It goes perfectly with fish, but also with grilled meat. I think this version is very tasty. You can use more of it, as it’s lower in fat than the ready-made versions.
