  • 4 onions
  • 2 packs of bacon, diced
  • 2 packs of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

quick and easy

First, wash your hands. Prepare the bread mix according to the instructions and let it rise. Then divide the dough into three pieces, roll out, and place each on a baking sheet. Spread the sour cream evenly over the dough. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and arrange them on top. Sprinkle the bacon and cheese over the top. Bake the tarte flambée in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (fan oven) for 20-30 minutes. Federweißer (Federweißer) goes well with it. I always make lots of small, round tarte flambées this way for parties.
