Alsatian pizza with thick quark and oil dough base

For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder and add salt to taste. I always add a generous pinch. Then stir in the quark and mix with the milk and oil until you have a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and then flatten it out on a greased baking sheet. Bake the dough for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the onion. I season the crème fraîche with a little pepper and paprika—but that’s a matter of taste. Remove the base from the oven, spread the crème fraîche on top, and top with bacon and onions. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the cheese on top.
