Tarte flambée toast with mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of toast bread (sandwich)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 300 g mushrooms, diced
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients, season, and spread the mixture onto untoasted slices of toast. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C for about 10 minutes. The mushrooms and onions do not need to be fried beforehand. Makes about 2 to 3 baking sheets.
