Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 350 g butter
- 7 eggs
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, heaped
- ¼ liter tea, Russian, strong
- Jam (currant)
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, and cocoa powder to form a batter and spread it on a greased baking sheet. Bake at approximately 180°C for approximately 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the tea over the still-hot cake. Return to the oven for a short time. Once the cake has cooled, spread generously with currant jam and glaze.
