  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cardamom pod(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • Milk
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Milk tea from Malaysia

Bring approximately 250 ml of water to a boil with the tea leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. Once boiling, reduce the heat and add milk to taste. Simmer for a few minutes, then strain and season with sugar.
