Teichmann’s Pasta Sauce
The perfect teichmann’s pasta sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Meat sausage
- 1 medium-sized Onion
- 2 medium-sized Leek
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Cans Tomatoes, in pieces
- 2 Cans Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 2 Cans Tomato paste
- Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add olive oil. Briefly fry the meat sausage cubes. Add onion and leek and sauté over medium heat with the lid closed for about 5 minutes. Stir in the chunky tomatoes and season to taste with salt, pepper and tomato paste.
