Teichmann’s Pasta Sauce

The perfect teichmann’s pasta sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Meat sausage
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Leek
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes, in pieces
  • 2 Cans Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 Cans Tomato paste
  1. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes.
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add olive oil. Briefly fry the meat sausage cubes. Add onion and leek and sauté over medium heat with the lid closed for about 5 minutes. Stir in the chunky tomatoes and season to taste with salt, pepper and tomato paste.
