Chicory Salad with Apple

Ingredients
 

  • 1 greater Fresh chicory
  • 1 Apple Elstar
  • 1 Orange zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp Curry oil
  • 1 tbsp Pine nuts
  • Chilli from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Wash the orange and apple well, rub the orange peel, then squeeze the fruit.
  • Core the apple, cut into eighths and cut into slices.
  • Cut out the stalk from the chicory, then quarter the chicory lengthways and cut it down.
  • Mix everything in a bowl with seasoning oil. As an alternative to the curry oil, use some curry powder and any oil.
  • Fold in the pine nuts and season with chilli.
  • Let it cool and season to taste again.
