Ingredients
- 1 greater Fresh chicory
- 1 Apple Elstar
- 1 Orange zest and juice
- 1 tbsp Curry oil
- 1 tbsp Pine nuts
- Chilli from the mill
Instructions
- Wash the orange and apple well, rub the orange peel, then squeeze the fruit.
- Core the apple, cut into eighths and cut into slices.
- Cut out the stalk from the chicory, then quarter the chicory lengthways and cut it down.
- Mix everything in a bowl with seasoning oil. As an alternative to the curry oil, use some curry powder and any oil.
- Fold in the pine nuts and season with chilli.
- Let it cool and season to taste again.
