Teichmann’s Sausage Salad
The perfect teichmann’s sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Sliced mortadella
- 4 Discs Emmental
- 1 bunch Radishes fresh
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 1 bunch White wine vinegar
- 1 bunch Rapeseed oil
- 1 bunch Salt
- 1 bunch Pepper
- Cut the Mortadella and Emmental slices into cubes. Clean, rinse and slice the radishes. Cut the chives into small rolls.
- Mix white wine vinegar and oil in a bowl, season with a little salt and pepper and season to taste. Carefully fold in the prepared ingredients.
