Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 small chili peppers
  • 10 peppercorns, white
  • 200 ml tequila
  • 100 ml vinegar essence
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vinegar with a twist and homemade

Wash the rosemary, dry it, and pluck off the individual needles. Wash the chili peppers. Place the peppercorns, rosemary, and chili peppers in a bottle. Mix the tequila with the vinegar and 200 ml of water and pour it into the bottle. Seal the bottle and let it steep for about 5 days. Then strain the mixture. The vinegar is now ready to be used according to your taste.
