Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 150 ml rapeseed oil or corn germ oil
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp sesame oil from roasted sesame seeds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
e.g. for chicken breast strips
Whisk together all ingredients and marinate the meat for at least 2 hours. Marinate the meat 6 hours before grilling. It tastes especially good with chicken breast strips grilled on a hot stone.
