Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 125 ml soy sauce
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tbsp oil, neutral
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g pork, approx.
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes
for grilled pork
Place all ingredients in a 3-liter or 1-liter zippered freezer bag, add the meat, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but preferably the night before. Cook on the grill.
