The Beautician Told Me How to Wash My Hair if I Ran Out of Shampoo

If you run out of regular shampoo, you can use these improvised remedies.

The expert argues that healthy and strong hair does not always need care for fabulous money. Sometimes it is easier and cheaper to use simple products that every housewife has.

Mustard powder

Marchenko claims that this is a great option for those whose hair is prone to greasiness. It strengthens and promotes hair growth.

Flour

A small amount of rye, whole wheat, or coarse flour should be mixed with water, creating a sour creamy mixture. Because of the high gluten content, it will be very difficult to rinse your hair well, so it is worth washing it more thoroughly than usual.

Egg Yolk

This method has long been known as an effective remedy against dandruff. It is excellent for oily hair, but you should not overdo it, otherwise, the scalp can be dry.

Kefir and whey

Dairy products are good for nourishing and moisturizing hair.

Soda

This product is not as useful as rye flour or mustard powder, but will perfectly cleanse the hair, which is prone to greasiness.

The beautician noted that these products do not have any negative effects on the hair, but you should not use them on a regular basis – it is better to alternate.
