quick, easy and delicious

Cut the fillet into approximately 1 cm thick slices, sear briefly on both sides in hot oil or clarified butter, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Then fry the ground beef in the drippings until crumbly and pour over the meat. Mix the cream cheese with the chili sauce and cream, pour over the meat, and finally sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the dish. Cover with aluminum foil (otherwise it will brown too quickly) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (150 degrees Celsius fan-assisted) for about 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. It tastes best with tagliatelle or baguette and fresh leaf salad.
