Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large banana(s)
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the banana and blend it thoroughly with all the other ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender. Pour into glasses and serve.
