Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g ham or turkey sausage
  • 100 g pickled gherkins
  • 50 g herb cream cheese, light
  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • some lemon juice
  • possibly honey or sweetener
  • some salt and pepper
  • e.g. parsley or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low in calories and fat

Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice well. Slice the ham and pickles and stir in. Finally, season to taste. Tastes great on bread or rolls or with potato dishes.
