Delicious minced meat sauce with ajvar

Heat oil in a pan. Finely chop the onions and fry until translucent. Add the garlic using a garlic press. Meanwhile, dice the carrot and tomato. Add the minced meat and fry, then add the diced vegetables. Once the minced meat is browned on all sides, deglaze with the water. Now add the ajvar. Drain the peas and add them as well. Add the chicken stock and rosemary and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, stir in the sour cream and cream cheese and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The specified amount is approximately enough for 1 package (500 g) of pasta or 1000 g of gnocchi. Tip: Even if you like it spicier, I advise against using spicy ajvar; it completely ruins the flavor.
