Three kinds of yogurt and mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt 3.8% fat
  • 20 g mustard, hot
  • 20 g mustard, medium hot
  • 20 g mustard, sweet
  • 50 g lime juice
  • 25 g soy sauce
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 tsp spice mix for kofte
  • ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and finely chop the parsley, and mix it well with the remaining ingredients. Transfer everything to a sealable container and store in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 325 ml. It will keep for about 3-4 days.
