Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 375 ml coffee, hot strong black
  • 150 g sugar
  • ¼ liter cream, unwhipped (Obers)
  • ¼ liter schnapps, fruit brandy (amount according to taste – maybe less)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee. When the coffee has cooled, add the cream and finally the fruit brandy. Mix everything well. Serve immediately.
