Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 375 ml coffee, hot strong black
- 150 g sugar
- ¼ liter cream, unwhipped (Obers)
- ¼ liter schnapps, fruit brandy (amount according to taste – maybe less)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
alcoholic beverage, depending on the alcohol added
Dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee. When the coffee has cooled, add the cream and finally the fruit brandy. Mix everything well. Serve immediately.
