Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g elderflower syrup
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pack of ladyfingers, approx. 400 g
- some milk for dipping
- n. B. Cocoa
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes
without coffee and without alcohol
Whip the cream. Whisk the mascarpone until creamy and drizzle in the syrup. Stir in the cream. Briefly dip the sponge fingers in milk and place them in a dish. Alternate layers of cream and sponge fingers, finishing with the cream. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
