Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g curd cheese, 20%
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp Amaretto
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 1 cup(s) Espresso, strong
- some cocoa powder, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes
Brew the espresso fresh and stir in 3 tablespoons of Amaretto. Let it cool. Combine the mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar, and 5 tablespoons of Amaretto until creamy. Prepare a baking dish. Dip one sponge finger at a time into the espresso and line the bottom of the dish. Spread 1/3 to 1/2 of the mixture onto the sponge fingers to cover them. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used. Finally, sprinkle everything with cocoa powder and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, or overnight if necessary.
