Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 20 g butter or margarine
  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings
  • 4 tsp tomato paste
  • 4 slices of cheese (Cheddar)
  • 4 pinch(s) pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast with minced meat, baked

Spread the toast with margarine or butter, then top with tomato paste. Spread the minced meat on the toast, top with onion rings, and season with pepper. Finally, top with cheese and bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese melts.
