a delicious breakfast

Toast the slices of bread until crispy, spread a thin layer of butter, and top with the smoked salmon. Whisk the eggs with salt and dill and let them set in the heated butter, stirring constantly, but do not allow them to become too hard. Divide the scrambled eggs among the slices of bread, top each with a few onion rings, grind with pepper, and serve immediately.
