Toffifee cinnamon rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 pack of confectionery (Toffifee – 15 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Spread out the puff pastry, melt the butter, and spread it over the dough. Chop the candy and mix it with the sugar and cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry. Roll the dough up from the long side and cut into 12 pieces. Grease a muffin tin with 1 tablespoon of butter and place the snails in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes, until the snails are crispy and browned. Let them cool briefly.
