Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tofu, firm
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 75 g vegetables, finely chopped
- some oil
Instructions

Pat the tofu dry and puree. Chop the vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, etc.) into small pieces. Fry the tofu in a pan with oil over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients and continue frying for 5-8 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is piping hot.
