Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g smoked tofu
- 1 large onion(s), chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp cream (soy cream)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp broth, instant
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chives, in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Cut the smoked tofu into small pieces, add all the other ingredients except the chives, and puree. Finally, stir in the chives and let everything sit for about an hour.
