Tomato and cucumber salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh
  • ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and dice them into small pieces. Thinly slice the cucumbers. Dice the feta cheese. Roughly dice the onion. Place everything in a bowl and season well with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let it sit for a moment, then drizzle with the vinegar and oil and stir.
