Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g turkey meat
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 125 g cocktail tomatoes
- 6 pieces of dried tomatoes in oil
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 5 tbsp herbs, frozen, e.g. 8-herb mixture
- salt and pepper
- Oil, for frying

quick to make, nice to vary
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips or dice, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and slice the sun-dried tomatoes. Brown the turkey strips in oil. Add the bell pepper pieces and fry for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute. Then add the sun-dried tomatoes, crème fraîche, and herbs, heat through, and season with salt and pepper. Done! Serve with rice.
