- 1 pork schnitzel
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pork schnitzel topped with tomato and mozzarella
Slice the tomato and mozzarella. Season the pork schnitzel with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry in oil. Top with tomato slices and mozzarella and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with vegetables or salad and potatoes, but baguette also works well.
