Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 avocado(s)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Quarter the cherry tomatoes, dice the avocado flesh, and finely chop the chives. Combine everything in a bowl, mix with the cottage cheese and pumpkin seed oil, and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 15 minutes.
