  • 4 tomatoes

  • ½ mozzarella
  • 1 piece(s) herb butter
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ ciabatta or baguette
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

Dice the tomatoes, onions, and mozzarella and toss with olive oil. Season with pepper, salt, and oregano to taste. Peel and halve the garlic clove and rub it onto the sliced ​​ciabatta. Chop the leftovers into small pieces and add them to the tomato mixture. Spread a thin layer of herb butter onto the garlic-rubbed ciabatta slices. Spread the tomato mixture onto the bread slices with a spoon and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 10 minutes until crispy. Tip: You can also omit the oil completely. Garlic granules are also suitable for seasoning the spread.
